For Matt, the catalyst that got him to start training was his desire to increase his athleticism on the basketball court. Matt has played competitive basketball since he was a kid, and has played and coached basketball, baseball, soccer and tennis.
Whatever sport you play, Matt has the knowledge and experience to help you excel with sport-specific training and nutritional guidance.
Nutritional Coaching
What we eat is one of the biggest things we can control in terms of making us feel and look better. Your body is complex, and if you aren’t fueling properly and feeding it what it needs in the right amounts, achieving a health or fitness goal can be very difficult. In most cases, it is someone’s nutrition, not training, that holds them back.
